A tough non-conference slate and 26 homes games highlight a challenging 2015 schedule for the WKU softball team, as second-year head coach Amy Tudor released the schedule on Thursday.
WKU softball head coach Amy Tudor announced the signings of National Letter of Intents of five players for the 2016 season. Joining the Lady Toppers is Cassidy Blackford (Marshalltown, Iowa), Bryce Holmgren (Roland, Iowa), Beka Engelhardt (Rockport, Ind.), Kelsey McGuffin (Elizabethtown, Ky.) and Hannah Mabrey (Phoenix, Ariz.).
The WKU softball team will be hosting a pair of clinics on Jan. 17, 2015, with a morning hitting clinic and an afternoon catching clinic at the WKU Softball/Baseball Indoor Facility.
The softball games scheduled for Saturday vs. Columbia State have been canceled due to inclement weather in the Bowling Green area.
