Lady Topper Trio Selected To C-USA All-Academic Teams

Conference USA released its All-Academic Women's Soccer teams prior to the start of the C-USA Women's Soccer Championship yesterday and WKU Soccer landed three student-athletes on the two teams in senior Allie Auscherman and sophomores Iris Dunn and Caitlin Hesse.

WKU Soccer's freshman goalkeeper Allison Leone has been named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team, the league announced Tuesday morning ahead of tomorrow's start to the C-USA Women's Soccer Championship in Charlotte, N.C.

WKU Falls At C-USA Regular-Season Champion North Texas, 4-0

WKU Soccer battled regular-season Conference USA champion North Texas tough for 80 minutes Friday night at the Mean Green Soccer Complex but the Mean Green (14-4-1, 8-1-1 C-USA) scored three goals in the final 10 minutes to down the Lady Toppers (10-7, 5-5 C-USA) in their regular-season finale, 4-0.
