BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Coming off a 0-0 tie at Tennessee on Sunday, the WKU soccer team travels back to the Volunteer State as they visit Nashville at 4:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday to take on Belmont at E.S. Rose Park.
The Lady Toppers (1-3-3) hold a perfect 3-0 record against the Lady Bruins (2-4), outscoring them 7-0 in their three previous meetings. The squads met in Bowling Green, Ky. during the 2012 season, with WKU prevailing 1-0 courtesy of Andrea Curry's first-career goal.
After facing Belmont, the Lady Toppers return to the WKU Soccer Complex on Sunday to square off with Lipscomb (3-3-2) at 1:00 p.m. in their final tune up before Sun Belt Conference play. WKU also holds a 3-0 all-time advantage against the Lady Bison, outscoring them 13-1 in their three previous outings.
