Defense Talks Tennessee as Gameday Nears

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- WKU took to the field at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium on Wednesday as the Hilltoppers continued preparations for Saturday's matchup against Tennessee.
The WKU offensive line took the stage on Tuesday following practice to talk about the unit and how the team is preparing for Tennessee. Full video of those interviews is available at the bottom of the page.
SEC NETWORK DISTRIBUTION FOR THIS WEEKEND: Four stations across the Bluegrass State will air this weekend's game between WKU and Tennessee. In the Bowling Green area, fans can see the game on WBKO-ABC, in Lexington the game can be seen on WKYT-CBS while fans in the Louisville-area can see the game on WBNA-ION. Kickoff is set for 11:21 a.m. CT on Saturday morning.
SEASON TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR EXCITING FIVE-GAME SLATE: Season tickets and single-game tickets for the 2013 season are on sale now through WKUSports.com, by visiting the WKU Ticket Office in E.A. Diddle Arena or by calling 1-800-5 BIG RED. WKU opens play at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium on Sept. 21 when the Hilltoppers take on Morgan State. The 2013 home schedule includes games with Navy, Louisiana-Lafayette, Troy and Arkansas State.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION TAILGATE IN KNOXVILLE: The WKU Alumni Association will host a pregame tailgate on Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Knoxville Marriott. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST in the William Blount Room of the hotel. The Knoxville Marriott is located at 501 East Hill Avenue, a 15-minute walk from the stadium. Food will be provided with beverages available for purchase.
COACH'S CORNER CONTINUES THURSDAYThe second broadcast of the "Coach's Corner with Bobby Petrino" on television will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CT on WKYU-PBS in Bowling Green. The weekly show re-airs on the same outlet at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday mornings. The show also airs on WBNA ION 21 in Louisville at 10:30 a.m. ET on Saturdays.
Hosted by Terry Obee, the second show of the season includes a feature on senior lineman Luis Polanco and a review of the Kentucky game.
