Giving to the HAF

Annual Cash Gifts

The most popular way of giving is through annual unrestricted cash contributions. These gifts grant the Athletics Department discretion in allocating the money as needed to support its athletics teams. The donation applies towards membership levels.

Matching Gifts

Many companies offer matching gift programs for contributions by employees. The Hilltopper Athletic Foundation qualifies for most matching gift programs. Your donation and the matching gift apply towards your membership level.

Scholarship Endowments

By endowing an athletic scholarship, you can assist the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation in preparing for the 21st century. This is an excellent way to pay tribute to a friend, relative, former student-athlete, or former athletic staff member, while solidifying the Athletics Department future.

Insurance Policies

Hilltopper Athletic Foundation members may assign the ownership of a life insurance policy to the HAF. This will provide financial support to the Athletics Department's future growth.

Wills and Life-Income Gifts

These gifts will provide financial support to the Athletics Department's future by making the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation the beneficiary of a will by establishing a life-income trust.

Gifts in Kind

Donations of goods and services, which would normally have to be purchased, produce a savings to the overall athletic budget . An example of this would be providing an automobile for the Courtesy Car program.

Electronic Fund Transfers and Payroll Deduction are alternative ways to easily conduct transactions with the HAF. Please contact our office at (270) 745-5321 for more information
