BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Four Lady Toppers finished in the top 33 at the Ocala Spring Invitational in Ocala, Fla., and the Lady Toppers finished seventh in the tournament hosted by Morehead State.

Kristen Wilkinson was tied for 23rd with a three-round score of 230, and Kelsey Burrell was 30th after firing a 236. Amy O'Connell and April Butler were tied for 31st and 33rd, respectively, and Dawn Wientjes shot a 246 over three rounds and was tied for 43rd. Kate Larimore, competing as an individual, placed 54th after carding a 256.

As a team, WKU ended up seventh in the nine-team field with a total of 937. The Lady Toppers were six shots behind sixth-place McNeese State and seven shots ahead of Florida Atlantic.

Stetson won the team title with a three-round total of 880, with Alex Buelow leading the way with a 210 for the tournament.

The Lady Toppers are back in action Sunday and Monday at the Hilton Head Invitational in Hilton Head, S.C.
