"National Signing Day"

Much like student-athletes sign a national letter of intent to play collegiate athletics, the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation (HAF) and Western Kentucky University Athletics will be inviting all members of Hilltopper Nation to sign their “letter of intent” and be part of the greatest signing class in WKU history!

The HAF and WKU Athletics will spend the entire month of May recruiting new members with the intention of having them “commit” to WKU in time for the “National Signing Day” event on Thursday, May 31 in the Topper Club at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium.

By committing to WKU, individuals will become members of the HAF and make a direct impact in the growth of WKU Athletics. The HAF consists of roughly 1,600 individuals who pledge over $1 million annually, making it possible for nearly 400 WKU student-athletes to compete and receive their degree from WKU.  The continued growth of the HAF plays an integral part in the success and the growth of WKU Athletics and helps to continually provide improved resources for student-athletes both on the field and off. Plus, membership in the HAF provides a benefit in personal taxes in the form of a write-off and is truly a win-win for everyone!

With WKU football coming off of a 7-5 season, men’s basketball building on a historic late-season run and the beginning of a new era in Lady Topper basketball, the time is now for Hilltopper Nation to rally together and produce a top-notch “signing class” on May 31!
