Less than a week away from kickoff of Super Bowl 47, the storylines are featuring the Harbaugh family, as brothers Jim and John will square off in New Orleans on Sunday. The name Harbaugh obviously resonates in Hilltopper Nation, as Jack, the father of Super Bowl coaches Jim and John, led the Hilltoppers to a 2002 national championship at the Division I-AA level. Jim and John played a large role in keeping the WKU football program afloat in the 1990’s, helping their dad with various aspects of the WKU program. Below are stories from numerous news outlets highlighting the WKU connection within the Harbaugh family.
