BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The Hilltopper Sports Satellite Network (HSSN) will produce 25 WKU basketball games this season, which will air nationally on ESPN3 as well as ESPN Full Court when available, locally on WKYU-PBS and regionally on WBNA-TV in Louisville.

The 20 men's games and five women's games on ESPN3 will be available nationally in 72 million homes at no additional cost to fans via WatchESPN.com, various smartphones and tablets and Xbox LIVE. They will also be available at no cost to 21 million United States college students and United States-based military personnel via computers connected to on-campus and on-base networks.

Games that will be available on ESPN Full Court, ESPN's subscription-based college basketball package, as well as ESPN3, will be announced approximately 10-14 days before each game.

In all, 26 of WKU's 31 regular-season men's basketball games in 2012-13 will be on television. Barring any additions to the broadcast schedule, by the end of the season WKU men's basketball will have made 178 television appearances in the last six seasons since 2007-08.

In addition to the 20 men's games and five women's games on ESPN3 as well as ESPN Full Court when available through HSSN, both men's and women's games at Louisiana-Lafayette on February 23 and at home against Middle Tennessee on March 2 will be broadcast on the Sun Belt Network. The men will also have televised games in the Cancun Challenge on November 20 and 21 (CBS Sports Network), against Louisville in Nashville on December 22 (ESPNU) and at North Texas on February 7 (WKYU-PBS).

Season tickets for 2012-13 for men's and women's basketball are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the WKU Ticket Office at 1-800-5-BIG RED or 745-5222 locally.

The Hilltoppers play two exhibition games at E.A. Diddle Arena before starting the regular season on November 10 at Southern Miss. WKU hosts Campbellsville (Ky.) on October 29 and Kentucky Wesleyan on November 3 in preseason tune-ups. The Lady Toppers welcome Harding to Bowling Green for an exhibition game on November 2 and will begin the 2012-13 campaign on November 9 at Murray State.
