L.D. Scott
Position: Defensive Tackles
Hometown: Auburn, Ala.
Experience: 1 Year
L.D. Scott comes to the Hill after a decorated playing career at the University of Louisville as a defensive lineman, and two years on the coaching staff at Arkansas.

Scott spent the 2011 season with Arkansas under head coach Bobby Petrino as an intern working with the defensive tackles, before moving to a graduate assistant role in 2012 working with the defensive line.

As a collegiate student-athlete, Scott was a four-year letterwinner at Louisville, putting together a 41-tackle season in his senior year of 2009. Scott moved on briefly to the Canadian Football League with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2010 before beginning his coaching career in July of 2010.

Scott began his coaching career as a defensive line coach with Seneca High School in Louisville in 2010, before making the move to Arkansas under Petrino in January of 2011.

Scott graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Louisville in 2009.
